Wills, Probate and Trusts/Inheritance Tax Planning

The importance of making a Will cannot be over emphasised. At Dixon Keogh we ensure that each Will is tailor made for the client. We take into account their personal and financial circumstances and can also advise on taxation aspects. We also offer a specialist Inheritance Tax Planning service.

When someone has died we can deal with obtaining Probate of the Will. We can also deal with the administration of the estate including any trust implications.
