Leases and Tenancy Agreements

Leases and tenancy agreements cover a wide range of situations and can vary from medium term leases of commercial premises, to shorter term leases of flats and houses, shops and offices, domestic leases for the letting of a house, short term tenancy agreements, agricultural tenancies, tenancies of allotment gardens and even licences to occupy.

Wills, Probate and Trusts/Inheritance Tax Planning

The importance of making a Will cannot be over emphasised. At Dixon Keogh we ensure that each Will is tailor made for the client. We take into account all personal and financial circumstances and can also advise on taxation aspects. We also offer a specialist Inheritance Tax Planning service and advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney. For clients who have a Will in place it is sensible for this periodically to be reviewed given families and situations change - as indeed does the Law.

When someone has died we can help by obtaining Probate of the Will. We can also deal with the administration of the estate including any trust implications, easing the burden at such a diffcult time.
